Ecclesiastes 3:14 "And I know that whatever God does, it shall be forever..."
Kairos - A critical junction or period of time that is foreordained by God.
I am beginning to learn as I have not only recovered from the season of famine and lack in my life, but am enjoying a tremendous time of blessing and overflow, that God has ordained "moments" in time - windows so to say, where He has determined to bless us no matter what. Because God operates outside of time our finite minds find it terribly hard to comprehend the timing of God. Yet, when the God of eternity (who has power and control over time) and the God of omnipotence (power over us) decides it's TIME - hallelujah, IT'S TIME!
Check this, there is a period of light that is contrasted with darkness, but no matter how dark the night is, day is on the way! Because of this, it creates a Thou & I relationship...ha ha - You will make the day and I will rejoice in it...God's got a time when your enemy can't touch you - God's got a time when your enemy can't reign over you, a time when your life clicks in every area. Ephesians shows us that God has already blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. He also cites that He knew us before we were formed in our Mother's womb and that He watches over His word to perform it in our lives. So, He makes promises to us over and over again - AND promises, change our lives.
You ever see the reaction of a woman after a man ask for her hand in marriage? In most instances, the woman wears that ring as of she was already married - why because she has a promise. She doesn't go out, she doesn't talk to other men, she doesn't date - but she isn't even married yet, but she acts like it - because she has a promise. AND promises change our lives. BUT, when that marriage is called off - oh snap, Houston we have a problem! The first thing she usually says, "you've wasted my time - I can't believe I waited for you, I could of..." Why, because a promise changes our lives. But praise be to God - He is not a man that He should lie...
Ok, your head is probably spinning but since I have had time on my hands, I have been pondering "is there a difference between time for you and you for time?" It seems to me that because we were chosen in Him before the foundation of the world and all spiritual blessings were given to us before we even got here. It would indicate to me that everything that is mine, God has already given it to me before I even got here. LOL ... So it's not a matter of me going to get it, it's a matter of IT coming to get me.....Oh Jesus, ok enough already...
Be blessed my beloved friends - think on these things: whatever is lovely, whatever is of good report, whatever is praiseworthy...think on these things.....Expect the Great - Love ya'll....
